What We Sell

Physical Products: Stickers, badges, prints, keychains, greeting cards
Digital Products: Wallpapers, coloring pages, printable activities (personal use only)

 

Ordering & Payment

• Payment required upfront for all orders

• Accepted methods: PayPal, Stripe (card payments), bank transfer for larger orders

• Order confirmation will be sent via email

• Processing time: 3-5 working days for physical items, instant for digital downloads

• Right to refuse orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or fraud prevention

• Cancellations: You can cancel anytime before shipping. Once you get a shipping notification, no cancellations possible

 

Shipping & Delivery

UK Delivery

• Standard delivery: Royal Mail (3-5 working days)

• Tracked delivery: Available for orders over £20

• Shipping costs: £1-4 depending on order size

• Free shipping: Orders over £25

International Delivery

• Currently exploring international options - contact us for availability

Digital Products

• Instant delivery via email after payment confirmation

• Download links valid for 30 days

• Keep your confirmation email as your receipt

 

Returns & Refunds

Physical Products

• My mistakes: If I send the wrong item or something's missing, email me with photos within 7 days and I'll sort it out (usually replacement)

• Damaged in transit: Email me photos within 7 days - I'll do my best to help but can't control how Royal Mail handles packages

• Change of mind: Sorry, no returns on items received in good condition - I'm a one-person business!

• Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact Royal Mail directly. No tracking = no way for me to help locate it

• Customer address errors: Double-check your address - I can't refund items sent to incorrect addresses you provided

• Time limit: No refunds or replacements for orders over 60 days old

Digital Products

• No returns on digital downloads due to instant delivery

• Technical issues: If download doesn't work, I'll fix it or refund you

Custom/Personalized Items

• No returns unless significantly different from what you ordered

 

Intellectual Property

Our Designs

• All snake illustrations and "Snakes with Legs" branding belong to Beth Bennett

• You cannot: Resell, redistribute, or use commercially without permission

• You can: Enjoy them, gift them, stick them on your laptop

Digital Downloads

• Personal use only - print for yourself, use as wallpapers, color them in

• Not allowed: Selling prints, using in your own commercial products, sharing files

What We Promise (And Don't Promise)

We Will Try Our Best To:

• Send your order promptly and carefully packaged

• Respond to emails within 48 hours (usually much faster)

• Replace genuinely faulty items

• Keep your personal information safe

We Can't Promise:

• Perfection (we're humans running a small business!)

• That Royal Mail will never lose things (but we'll help sort it out)

• Instant responses (sometimes we're busy drawing snakes)

 

Privacy & Data

• We collect: Your name, address, email for order fulfillment

• We don't: Sell your information or spam you endlessly

• Emails: Order confirmations, shipping updates, occasional newsletter (easy unsubscribe)

• Storage: UK-based, GDPR compliant

 

Problems & Complaints

If Something Goes Wrong:

1. Email us first: hello.snakeswithlegs@gmail.com - we genuinely want to help

2. Include your order number and photos if relevant

3. Give us a chance to make it right before escalating

If We Can't Resolve It:

• You can contact your payment provider (PayPal, bank, etc.)

• Citizens Advice for consumer rights guidance

 

Limitation of Liability

We're a small creative business doing our best, but legally we need to say:

• Our liability is limited to the value of your order

• We're not responsible for indirect damages or losses

• This doesn't affect your statutory consumer rights

 

Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms occasionally

• Changes will be posted on this page with a new date

• Continued use of our website means you accept any changes
